  DELIVERY / ITEMS UNACCEPTABLE. The staff in the store seem professional and friendly, and the order process is simple. HOWEVER, DON'T BE FOOLED. They claimed our order would take 2 weeks (a primary reason for choosing the specific item rather than an alternative). 2 months later and we were still waiting... Eventually it arrived. The item arrived damaged, and had clearly been assembled before. The returns policy is dodgy - no refunds basically. They won't compensate you for any reason - delivery taken longer than promised, damaged goods etc, or even if you decided the unit wasn't right for you - tough you're stuck with it. You have to wait 45 minutes to get through to anyone on the phone. Absolutely shocking and reading other reviews I'm surprised trading standards haven't been called. Maybe they have...

  They charge for delivery, You can choose the delivery date but not the time-window. They will only confirm delivery time the eve before when its to late to cancel or change the date without losing your delivery fee. Simply not fair!!! Also, very long waits on phone to speak to customer adviser. Did not find their goods good quality either. Altogether disappointing experience.
